Mrs DW and I have similar interest as you. In our area we have pictographs, and pishku's, and lots of tepee rings. It's common to find flaked pieces of jasper, flint-chert, and obsidian. Arrow heads are not as common as they once were. This year, both of us will be spending more time prospecting. We will include photo's of our travels, once the country 'opens up'. We are fortunate that we don't have to travel far.

Ruby,,,from what you write I take it that you do a bit of rockhounding or want to, well I'm out in california and also rockhound besides gold hunting and am the field trip leader for our rock club the "Calaveras Gem and Mineral Society" If there are some kind of rock that you don't have where you are maybe we have it here and can trade or whatever. I would like to add a picture or two to this post to show you some of our recent finds but I don't know how to do it or if it can be done. We just had a field trip for moss agate and have another on Feb. 7th for Magnesite and common red, butterscotch, and white opal.....bob
