Thanks!

I appreciate being made to feel very welcome by this group. I haven't been able to get out to the rivers much because none of my friends are into panning and most of them are still working while I am retired. I won't go alone - ya never know. So I'm wondering if there's anyone here from the East Bay Area of California who gets out the the rivers, someone willing to have a little company on their outing?
I'm comfortable working with men, but I sure would like to meet some other women nearby who love the sound of the river and getting out to look for the yellow metal! I've got equipment and I'm game...

  • Marla look up the East Bay Prospectors Club, there are alot of people that go out all the time and they also have a few claims.  I am a member but live in Reno, Nv.  I usually make a few of the outings every year, but headed to Colorado for 4-5 months this year.  Enjoy the site!
