I run all my -10/12 Mesh through my Gold Cube and everything +10/12 Mesh I pan with my Turbo pan.
This works for me.

If a person learns how to pan, with a little practice you can recover Gold with a cast iron fryin' pan.
I like the plain ol' "Steel Pan", they work very well and are lighter than cast iron.

I started out in the mid-70's using some of my Mother's pie pans. LOL
A couple of guys I knew had some steel pans they bought from the back ads of Popular Mechanics magazine.
I'll stick to the Turbo Pan over pie pans any day. LOL
You like that pan? i seen it online but not sure how complex or useful it is....
