hi 2 dogs here. i recently had a discussion on, on line post by miners with the president of MMAC

which is a minors advisory council with spokes people is washington DC. there rescent meeting with the forestry and BLM and other government offices .WENT WELL they have created a mining  districts in the west BUT  the number ONE problem was the post you miners post. ie trespassing who cares,

doing thing against laws and regulation. i'm telling you straight up these kind of post make it very had to put a positive spin on miners and mining clubs. the government wants to shut us down all 50 states. so PLEASE  WATCH WHAT YOU POST... THE GOVERNMENT READS THESE TYPES  OF POST ON THESE TYPE FORUMS.

  • You guys got to get real. I was on the MMAC for 4 years and nothing useful ever happened,  it meets once ever 2 months and has been combined with the timber advisory group for the county. The MMAC was for me a waist of my time. The members were people who did not have any mining experience. If you call a 4 inch dredge or a high banker or a pan as experience then that is what you got. It had Jack Smith, he was a lawyer who did not deal with mining issues. One thing never get a lawyer on a committee dealing with mining issues. Not worth my time posting on this issue

    • Very good point.  Maybe the attorney was there to pick up some cases?
