Lightweight, portable trommel. Just finished the build.

Here is the trommel I was talking about building with some of the members in the chat room. Going to test it out Saturday. Hope to get some video of it then. For now, here are a couple pics in front of my tv in the living room. One pic is of it packed up for transport. Hope you all like it.

  • I've been having the same problems mate. I've got a weed wackier motor but she runs a bit fast. What motor r u looking at using next
  • Hey mate did u test out the trommel? Did the motor do the job? Keen to c the videos
    • I'm still here at the campground and I didn't get any video this time of the trommel. The motor stopped on me about half an hour into my first run. Talk about disappointment!

I will eventually get some video after I change out the motor. I guess power window motors aren't made to run non-stop.

  • Awesome build! I can't wait to see the vids!

  • Thanks for the comments guys.  Taking it out next weekend and I plan to get some video of it running material and maybe even some gold  of the clean outs......
