Hey ya'll. Payed my online fees to BLM to the max. Do I still need to record with the county recorder if the the claim was already recorded in a previous year? Or is the county something you need to do every year?
BLM said I did not need to record with the county after the intial recording as it has already been recorded and only needs to re-recorded if there is a change

Yeah. That's totaly out of the realm of what I am talking about. That's the small claim waiver bullshit for 10 dollars. I'm talking about when you pay the 155 mining claim fee on BLMs website... And then what?
