I just met a guy that has 20 lbs of mercury in Modesto, Ca. I don't know much about the laws governing the sale or shipment of mercury in California, but I don't think that he wants much for it by the sound of it, I think he just wants to get it off of his hands. If interested I can steer you in the right direction.

Get a hold of Cody's lab on YouTube he plays with that stuff all the time
