I am just going to put a sealer on it as I dont expect it to last long. It's more of a foundation for other projects. want to try out different riffle configurations and such so when I find a combination that works the best for me, I'm gonna have an aluminum one made and riffles welded up. I got all the material laying around so I'm gonna try some crazy stuff with this thing
if sealed and painted with the right stuff it could last for 5 to 7 years depending on the aera and the material and if you do maintaince to help preserve the wood

Thats nice, but will it swell allot.
