Thanks! The box is 48" x 5" but only 4" between riffle rails. The riffles are 1/4" round and 4" apart. The mat is 30" long and similar to vortex. I had a scrap piece of 3/16" acrylic so cut a 5" x 18" slick plate that butts up to the mat. The box is gonna get some changes. Right now water goes under baffle and over end piece (under riffle/overflow i guess i'd call it). To much of a waterfall on to slickplate so i'm gonna unscrew the dam and put pins in the top so it swings like a dumptruck gate and see if it smoots out waterflow onto the plate. If it works i'm gonna make a longer box so i can feed above the gate. Dont know how its gonna work out but theres only one way to find out right....
Thats Great , Has a Water Flow Crash Box, and is that a Working Flood Gate ? Wedges would work to hold down them Riffles with a cross bar. Good Job hope it works out for ya.
