Just giving a heads up on ordering a metal detector through amazon.
make sure it DOESN'T Say fulfilled from amazon! It may be slower non prime but you will get it safer than amazons own in house packing and shipping.
Have been looking at so many finds with a gold monster 1000.
Finally figured something worth using my 400 and more dollars in amazon credit card rewards.
A review on the detector talked about big box one piece of paper NO ACTUAL protection for the detector, figuring this was 90 days ago maybe amazon fixed it, tried to buy fulfilled by the actual seller just in case but apparently I goofed and ended up with fulfilled by amazon. Same horrible packing job!!
Only reason I bought on amazon was to use my credit card rewards.

Major thanks to mine lab, they made it right even though it wasn’t their doing in the first place.
new machine works as it should digging lots of trash big to very small
Number two came even worse flipped open lid busting security seal, unit was blown open during shipping.
took it out for some testing and talked with a dealer he agrees it’s not right. And some odd glitching. Screen flicker at startup.
A few other issues. Back to its Home it goes.
So I reached out the the CEO of amazon, Jeff Bezos and one of his staff have gotten back to me.
allegedly this is now fixed and the packing computers which tell the packers what to use is supposed to have new updated instructions and will be properly packed by amazon now.
We shall see, if one ordered doesn’t come in or gets canceled I’ll be ordering the Same detector again.
Might order shipped by the seller though. Not sure want to risk it again.
