So as with anything in life, we have a lot of great people but there are some out there who may be not quite up front and excuses and read messages and not reply. I’ve had a couple recently and one finally stepped up did the right thing refunded after realizing I wasn’t accepting a lack of communication and getting nothing for my money was not ok. 72 bucks returned.
I still haven’t been settled with another person and the blame was pushed on a company for not “shipping” a raffle prize, I finally emailed directly to ask if the company was going to be shipping out the “won” item and also asked if they had been paid on it as well. Come to find out they had “really have no idea of what he is doing. ” about the contest and or the prize. Messages just asking for updates go un replied too but read. And then there is excuses tossed out and then silence and all again.
So what’s your thoughts, should one be raffling off stuff they DONT EVEN HAVE?
how long should a winner wait to see their item? Is months acceptable before a item ships (or is still to be shipped?)
curious to see your thoughts on this, I’m publicly not saying a name or prize product company name, I will say it’s a sponsor here. But just curious until recently had nothing but great dealings with the prospecting community and I think I joined a group with some new school flakey or not so upfront people.

you have a Razz don’t have product and months of delays and a month ago saying order will be reprocessed.
Well I know Doc at gold hog wouldn’t take 4 weeks to get a flow pan with kit delivered.

Still nothing come to find out I’m not the only one this has happened to. And not the only one who gets the run around.
I will call it as it is, I’ve been scammed for cash and my “won” item not delivered still asked on the 17th of last month for a tracking number.. nothing back.. I posted a message in his group on a post today. Guess what he deleted the entire thread!

Still nothing messaged asking about a tracking number, Martin is active on Facebook but no reply to my asking about the tracking order. Honestly as of now I’m not surprised..

So allegedly it’s ordered now and hope it’s with the kit as prize was supposed to be
hmm I know this, I don't do giveaways unless I have the product at hand 99% of the time, I have been aware of some of the stuff going on with "said Someone" I also told him this is a community where trust is everything and word travels fast.
I have not seen him in our live chat in awhile on Tuesday Night's.
I hope he does the right thing and communicates and gets you what is owed.

Bingo! As of now there is no trust, I’ve heard a few people say same as well. Also lack of communication on money owed. I give everyone a fair chance but there comes a point where the trust / faith is blown.
I'll ask him about it next time I see him. He's been MIA lately I used to see him every Tuesday on Ed's show.

Well more messages and nothing martin mastrangelo seems to respond rarely at best, well least unless it’s about a “Razz” etc.
havent heard back, haven’t had a flow pan show up at my door. Nothing I’m informed delivery showing my address.
So with him and his Golden paydirt reviews group on yahoo I’m done. I won’t risk any more $$ on things sold within the group
done with it I have enough time before I said the name, stated nothing but facts.
