I upgraded my recirculating sluice from 800GPH to 1200GPH (Bilge pumps from Wally World) and tested at my favorit Trinity River spot. the increased flow allowed me to reduce the angle of the sluice and moved my diggings (cassified at 1/4 inch screen) through the box at a very satisfying rate, The one thing I neglected to plan on is how short my breaks from digging would be Ooootch!
Saved every thing I ran through and reran it on sunday to check my recovery rate, All I found was one little pin prick speck. Iv'e never ran so much material with so little found before but thats what I was hoping for Question ? Why did it take me so long to try a meaner pump ?
