Hi,

I am planning to prospect in October in South America ( my vacation site has a gold mine near by), but as we know planes charge an arm and a leg for extra weight so I am planning to buy some new equipment from this guys ( http://www.goldprospectingequipmentsales.com/index.php) since my equipment is not suited for the area and ask them to ship it there, I have family over the area . My question is, has anyone worked with them? I had never dealt with them before and I don't know how responsible they are, plus I am going to spend $1000.00, which don't come easy.

    Have you tried sending this company an email, since they say that is the best way to contact them?

    I searched for the address from the website,...

    4 Virginia Rd

    North Reading, MA 01864

    US

    ...and came up with two locations depending on which map service you use, it appears that there are 2 Virginia Roads in North Reading Ma, within a few miles of each other, both are residential addresses, not commercial locations, this tells me that they're a drop shipping business and or they keep some smaller least expensive items in their garage or basement.

      I tried and the email is fake, Outlook replies to me that there is an error meaning email doesn't exists

    OK, their Phone number doesn't work and they have my credit card information which terrifies me, so people don't use these guys, they sound like a scam.

    Just email them or talk to the over the phone. They can tell you when it ships from the US, but will have no idea how long it will take to get to your delivery point in South America. That could be a real long time or a reasonable one, it just depends on where it's going and local service in the country your sending it to. But the sooner you have it on the way the better the chances are that it will get there before you leave. Hope it turns out great for you. Dickb

    So I had placed an order today, but I don't know what is the standard time for this company to process an order :(

    Don't know them, but I would suggest you talk to them to see if they can get it to it's destination in time. Oct is not that long a time to get it ordered shipped and get to it's final destination before you leave. Hope it works out for you and you find some yella for your effort. Dickb
