Prospectors Poem

First they took away the dredgers rights and I didn't own a dredge.
So I didn't speak up.

Then they took away the sluicers rights, and I didn't get into to the streams.
So I didn't speak up.

Then they came for my prospecting rights.
There was no one left to speak for me!

NOW is the time to speak up for ALL Prospectors rights!

The original version of this:

First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Good point!  When I was a newbie I learned very quickly that I should speak up, and I did.
The best way to speak up if you don't know how or need some help is to join the PLP!
I encourage everyone that prospects to join.  They really do help and they work diligently for our rights.
