New to forum

G'day Everyone, I am new to your forum, I live in Oz (down under ) and have been detecting for 20 years, now living in Western Australia and run detecting tours, teaching newbies and seasoned operators alike.

I have a GPX5000, a Whites GMT and a garrett Ace 250, in my kit.

Hope to chat to some US prospectors and see how you guy's do it over there.

    • Hi Mick, Where abouts in Oz are you mate.

      • Hi mate, I'm on the coast in Vic, just over an hour from the GT
I will be heading to WA for my first season this year for a few month stint. I can't wait to get there. Plenty of gold but plenty of ground too. Are you close to the Gold fields or is it a five hour drive to get there. For our US friends who may not know WA is one million square miles in size. Quite a large place indeed. Cheers
