Gold panning in France part 1 "river l'herault"

Hello friends,

I will share with you some pictures of my 2 hour sessions on Herault the beginning of 2014, I have a small foot down in the country ofCevennes and suddenly, I use to explore some areas that I 'had spotted.
It changes me my plains of rivers placer alluvial, accessible and shale bedrock, strong current as well as the flaws in profusion here is many spots available to me!
The choice was agonizing for me. but good in the end after a fault scraping hours some beautiful sequins pan bottom ^^

The flaws in questions:

it must be grater and have removed a coarse sandy clay Melle suddenly, you have washed carefully and take the time to débourber clay flakes and nuggets because these areas are often the same rainfall contacts fatty clay that acts like glue on gold!

And the endl few nice small series of glitter but not bad and it is only to test the potential of sectors we need to have to be patient and persevering especially later prove me right in the next installment I'll post you soon ... ^^

Nicely done! I love your pictures too. The bedrock crack you cleaned out had some nice gold in it.

  I was just looking for some weeks to come to united states or CANADA to make gold panning and as I do not like the tourist circuit, I explained to John S
  I am looking for accommodation and miners friends who could make me discover the good American gold, and gold panning with my wife and me!

    You don't want to come here now. pretty cold in gold country. But we can definitely revisit this when it warms up a bit.

Thanks for taking the time to share your adventure with us. I'm sure you will be welcome to any place you decide to visit here in the us with open arms and someone would love to show you the gold we have here. But looks like to me you have some great gold there your self. Thanks again for the pictures and please send more when you can.
