I found this little gem hidden in this years big game regs.
Not a clue what it means other than some land is getting taken away. Anyone know more about this?
WDFW is developing two habitat conservation
plans (HCP) for species listed under the federal
Endangered Species Act. One plan will cover
activities that require a Hydraulic Project
Approval issued by the agency and the other,
the WDFW Wildlife Areas HCP, will cover
horseback riding events and field trial events that
include more than 30 individuals. Check out
