  • I bring cons and pans up to the VA hospital near my house.  Brings the biggest smiles from terminal veterans you could imagine.  Being a disabled vet myself and having been stuck in the body shop for extended time made me realize I could help bring smiles to others by showing my passion, and letting find and keep some gold.  Well worth the time and effort.

    Just another idea of people to bring cons to.  Veteran homes and hospitals are pretty understanding about it, and your helping a vet.  Don't get better than that.

    have a gold days at the nursing home

    show the staff and ill what was done in the "good ole days" and thr days and future

    of the 5500 people on this site they must have family in a nursing home or rehab center

    this is an activity to keep the ill in good spirits

    this facility has aloud my to pan and crush rocks if i use the patio not inside the room

    i buy cons from goldhog and they are just spects and pretty rock that can made into jewlery

    he says they come from his rivers in georgia

    i'm hoping we have somebody near me

  •  I tried one time yrs ago and the staff wouldn't allow not even a pan.  They said it would be a mess that they would have to clean up.  So who knows...
