They are running a average 2in trash pump. About 9500 GPH for two boxes. Also it is a good 10ft lift from the foot valve to the box, so you loose a little pressure there.

Been thinking of using, the beach box here on the arkansas river, here in Colorado. But maybe using the deep - v matting instead. Nice pictures! Thanking ya Kindly!
Dang! But that there is Canadian ounces and they don't count, do they? LOL! The Croesus Mine is fabulous to no end but to Joe Blow on the street, totally unatainable. Now the Round Mountain Mine in Nevada, North of Tonopah has produced some terrific nuggets and if you have ever seen Manhatten Gulch, just south of there, you know there has been some mighty fine gold taken out of there. Nevada is the third largest supplier of gold in the world! Now that to me is far more attainable, although if you like green scenery, Vancouver and all of B.C. is gorgeous. Myself, I get claustrophobic and paranoid when there are too many trees and if I stay too long around them. Nice place to visit...but I like to be able to see people a mile or two away. And most of the time, that is where I prefer them to stay. Not all the gold in Nevada has been located but I'm trying, lol!

I built a "Henry Henry" sluice for the beach here in Oregon.
Also called a "Poop Tube".
Haven't used it yet but it was cheap and I heard they work well for beach sand.
Know of some places that have lots of black sand both on the beach and also on the lower Columbia River.
Those big beach boxes - what water flow do they need?
I am looking at a pump on E-bay for $150 that does 2200gph.
Would that be enough?

Anybody know how to get permission to mine on the beaches at Nome, AK?
I've heard they are privately owned. But you can dredge offshore up to the
high tide mark.
Thanks!
Last picture. Hope these helps.
