Hello everyone,
I decided to purchase the 36" sniper sluice box a month ago today, and have not heard anything from the company since my confirmation of purchase on November 8th. I have called and left multiple messages, sent emails, and no response from the company. Has anyone had this experience? I am really quite annoyed and disappointed.

As of right now I am waiting for bazooka. I was however impatient enough to buy the 24" sniper on ebay, so that should be here on Friday or Saturday, not entirely sure what I plan to do about both of them, but I may just decide to sell whichever one I like less. Either way the things I've heard about the product make it sound worth the wait, although I'd still expect emails to all the backed up customers and a change on their website information.

Scott, Todd is a good friend of mine and I talked to him today. He said he got behind as he had to close his shop and let his employees go. You should be getting an email from him as he is still running his business by himself and got behind. He also had personal problems arise and said he was sorry for the delay. Things have gotten real slow for all the California based prospecting businesses with all the laws and regulations in that state. Please be patient he will be getting all the orders out. Thanks
