          Moratorium is reportedly being lifted. Permits will likely be about $200. You might want to grab this dredge while it's available

          Oh okay, sorry did not realize the California connection. We had our clubs 10yr anniversary celebration Saturday and we had to put our Scottie down 2:30 am.
