Recently got a letter from the Corp. of engineers stating new law and now I need a DA permit from them to dredge! Anyone know what all this is about?

Ron, What size dredge do you operate?
Located in Montan. The new law went into effect March 12, 2012. Under the authority of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Sounds like it will effect every state. Wanted to know if anyone else received a letter from them like I did. More Obama BS.
