Alluvial small Scale Mining - GREEN - - Forum

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I like to write a short Story and how I have come in to the mining Business. Actually I am an Environmental Scientist and Consultant (http://www.envopark.net) Now regarding to my Job I was hired by 2 Gentlemen from Turkey which are big in mining, as to the regulations there pollution should be avoided. Now while doing some tests with my oxidation equipment, they recocniced that when oxidation takes place they can recover more minerals. (Test was done with cromium and aluminium. Accompanied them during their stay in Bangkok which is my base center, no mater where in the world I am working, and become a deep inside view about mining and the environmental destruction which goes hand in hand with mining. The Turkish Friends where flying to China for equipment and I am left with running my Bio processor bank at High speed, About the opportunities it offers in terms of green business.
Talked about it in February with an Friend who is member of an international Gold Investment Club, and it clicked with him and in May 2010 they have send me to Ghana as there Consultant to check the options and the situation there. Amazing things are happen there and I was full in the middle of it I have seen in my Life plenty of stupid things but the one they did was the most stupid one. They spend 1 mil. euro for Documents, papers and stamp money for Gold in Brussel, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Casablance and never seen the Gold, while in Ghana you sit, walk and stay on it. As a Greenhorn I got there and nice colored I have come back after 3 weeks, got plenty of time to visit small scale mining operations there, and all have the same picture, they leave a disaster and they are poor just 37% recovery rate, so I have made several tests with my equipment and as suggested it oxidizes the clay and the clay releases the gold and we jump to 90%+, with an extra ordinary advantage that at the same time we clean the water, which can be used for drinking, fish farming etc.
According to the found situation I have developed a small scale mining system which is based on dredge mining on Tuesday final test and then let see what I did wrong with it, if every wrong exists. A complete System including oxidation unit, generator, ADOX electronic, Turbines, etc. simple made hightech in Thailand, work horses and durability are required.
Having a few oxidation systems running at Malaysia on the Aruwana farms, keeping the most expensive fish healthy and fit, this technic will change alluvial mining.
That just in short how I got in to mining, the most fascinating thing, you play in the gravel, water and clay and you get paid for it! That beats it all. :D and the best part of it we clean the water.
So anyone here who has some experience with Clay?
Experience with sluice boxes and dredges?
Any comments on it would be highly appreciated.

Gentlemen, we just need to understand one factor only no matter how green we are we are still pollute that is based on our nature. The difference is made when we understand and work on it to create a balance, and that can be created only by changes within our self. I do not blame any body nor do I fight any body or polluter I implement changes by doing things differently and anyone can catch up with it.
We are having to much BS ongoing. Smokers are discriminated, which is against humanity, PETA kills People to save animals which is against humanity, and I could continue the table, what right do we have to judge and execute each other? No rights what so ever! The moment we are in control of our self we do not get any desire to control or judge each other, what I have learned in my years of Life, that People who go against others, are unhappy and miserable with their lifes and want the rest of us to be miserable as well, the bad things about that is that there are enough dirty politicans who support that kind of people.

Here in Alaska when we find clay we have gold.......gold in the clay. We have sluice boxes and dredge in the rivers of alaska with a dredge......

Interesting technology. As a recreational prospector, a problem I see in our USA community is so many people want to bash greenies and that's all. A line is drawn but to the uninformed we are the bad guys and they are good guys. I love nature, the environment, love the outdoors, and want a clean planet just like they do. Because they are sorely misinformed as to the nature and effects of recreational prospecting they draw simple but false conclusions. Just getting mad and calling them names is not a very effective technique for winning the discussion or argument but that's all many will do. I have seen that once they understand our hobby most will go find another "enemy" of any consequence to fight. Steve

    You stay green......I have been white all my life. You say you are green.......Do you walk everywhere you go ? That is green to me. You cant be green if you drive a automobile, fly in plane or get in anything that produces carbon. So if you are typing on your computer here ........I hate to say it but......

When your talking turbines, you have priced about everyone on this website out of the market. Regular suction dredging is green, doesn't pollute, and by turning gravels, increases oxygen in the water for fish. Clay is a gold bandit that steals gold at times. Sluicing and High banking, gives you the opportunity to breakup clay balls before processing.
Major players reduce everything to a fine powder in a ball mill so there is no clay. but I am sure your aware of that.

  Yes I agree with you about regular suction dredging, but the situation in Ghana are a bit different and there on some small scale mining concessions suction dredging with oxidation through the Turbine mixer units will solve a lot of related environmental issues.
  Good point that Clay is a Gold Bandit counts in Ghana for 60% plus in loses.

  Hi Terry, If you are talking about the complete system, the first one is ready for final testing, will upload a few pictures in about 2-3 days. If you are talking the ADOX system which is responsible for the oxidation, I have sold a few units in Thailand and Malaysia. And as well 9 Drinking water systems the same I will bring with me to Africa. 1 system at the Tina Suite's Pattaya where you can drink the water from the tap in your room.
  What is new are the whole concept set up based on the experience made while in Ghana and the needs to make it better.
  It has blown my mind out when I have come to Ghana sitting on rich alluvial ground and being poor! Somethings are totally wrong in economical terms. Will have soon on my diggerfendy.com and diggerfendy.biz web site you tube link where I am daily upload Videos from the workings we are doing.
