The state of Oregon is in the process to pass three bills. # SB 115, #SB 370, #SB 401. If passed it will prohibit "ALL" placer mining in Oregon of any form of motorized equipment. Also to inpose permit fees of $125 per year. Fines will start at one year in jail and a $6,250 fine or both. Wild and Scenic creeks and rivers designations prohibiting to all mining. These bills are greased and will be fast tracked,we have very little time to stop these bills. Write to the state of Oregon Senate and the house of representatives to STOP this action on there vote. The concern that Roy mentions is REAL guys and gals! These bogus bills of crummy legislation are due to be voted on sometime during this month of February 2013, so PLEASE write the Oregon Legislators and strongly urge them to vote NO on SB115, SB401 and SB370. Indicate in your emails that you want to go on the record as opposing these bills. You can also go to the Galice Mining .com or the Bohemia Mine Owners Association.web.com websites and get the copy and paste addresses for these representatives. Anything you can do to help will be appreciated. Thanks.........

Miners need to voice there opinion to EOMA . Send it to "Dear Senators" and "Dear Representative" with return address and EOMA will send it on. They will flood the Oregon Senate and the House of Representatives with letters that are strongly opposed to these bills. They will be hand delivered !!!!!!!!! "ACT NOW"
