I bought a A1250 Gold Buddy. Now that I have changed it I love it.. I changed the 1250 pump to a 1500GPH, added larger tubs, replaced the 1/2 slot classifier with a 1/4 in, added ball valve for total water control, added Ball valve for spray & tray adj, added spray bars, generator will run pump and charge battery, the nylon laundry bag is the best filter I have found, it catches all of the roots and weeds (no plug ups.)

Did you try a nylon sock that works good for me and they are cheap, I get mine from the second hand store or the wife.
I tried a lot of different materials. The finer ones filled up with silt. The nylon mesh bag catches the roots and grass which is what plugs up the pump and spray bar. I do not worry about the silt through the pump. It will destroy the pump after a while but the warranty replaces the pump with just an e mail. We ran 15 buckets and did not have to clean the pump or rod out the spray bar and we were on a bar on the Klamath. Lots of roots and grass. The mesh had a ball of vegetation about the size of a basketball. By the way those 15 buckets averaged out to 2 dwt per bucket. We hit a short stretch of hard pack then it went back to the normal 2dwt per 15 buckets
Looks good
