So I'm trying t put together a 5" booming rig for next week. It's powered by 2 8hp briggs motors with keene 280 pumps. One goes to a 5" suction nozzle, the other to a power jet hooked to a crash box.
I'm not sure if it will work, but it will be a blast trying it out. I figure if it does'nt work I 'll be well on my way to building a 5" dredge.
I would love to hear what anyone else thinks about this setup.
