    I would'nt suggest any one break the the law but it would be seriously hard to bother anyone with this dredge. The current plan is to make some tweaks to the design and have a 1.5" 2" 3" and either a 4" or 5" ready for spring. Although if someone wanted one sooner we would see what we could do. On the larger ones especially, you will see a big cost savings, add to that much less weight, no noise and a power source that you can recharge off a solar panel and I think we definately have a win here.

    This looks like such a handy unit for the recreational prospector just get it O.K.ed for California and you have my order!!
