I got out for a little bit on Saturday and this was the only interesting find. When it came out of the ground I could tell it was the state of Maine. Figured it was an old dog tag or something. When I got home I cleaned it up a bit and thought I saw a canon on it. First thought was a military medal but I dont know anything about them so cant say. For the last few days I been giving it a warm peroxide bath for a few hours and cleaning with a toothpick and the details are coming out. It's a pine tree over a canon and there's 3 pine cones on it. I've searched online for it and come up with nothing so far. If anyone knows anything about these, please chime in as not knowing is killing me lol. This is what it looks like as of now. Got more cleanin to do.....

Got this looked at today and it turns out to be a Maine American Legion Convention Medal from 1930. Not as old as I thought but still cool and I'm glad to have found it.
