Can anyone tell me when the new snall mining law that was attached to a bill is going into affect. This is the one that if you have more than 10 claims you have to pay $100 per acre.

pam if you have 10 claims or less and you file the small miners waiver permit it only cost 10 bucks a claim if you have a groupe of ppl whoses names apear on the parer work like i have 3 outher partners on 2 80 acres claims ie cost us 10 bucks for 80 acres and another 10 bucks for the outher 80 acres total was 20 bucks to the blm and i think $4.50 to the county recorder for the county the claims are in
