well the time has come for another great year of gold. the rain has given me a great flowing creek and i have almost all my gear out there. one last trip with some final supplies and a day of work, from friday on we will be hitting it as hard as we can every week so we can get that yellow metal and have a great adventure. i've sampling this creek for five plus years and now i'm ready for some production time. i'm always looking for some good honest help if anyone is interested. i'm very easy to get along with and down to earth. all i ask is every works as hard as the next guy. i'll post pics of the gold i find. wish me luck....
durant,
yeah thats happened to me a few times. it's always the first spot that pass up that is good or great.
now i go with my first instinct. this year is not going as i planned to many snags. i was going tomorrow but now i can not go and i have to wait till next week. the water is dried out already,i have no dry washer, and most importantly the gold has not been what we need. anyways good luck to all of you.
Jeff I hear you I have been going to SD for 10 or more years now and we find a little but not much . One year I looked at a spot and turned it down it look like more dirt then rocks so I move on, and then this person look at the same spot and said that is a good spot to dig,I asked why but he did not tell me why and I saw him dig a lot of gold oput of that spot and it kinda mand me mad that I plow that spot off. But that same year 2009 was are best year we found 1/4 OZ of gold so we got a little happy about that spot we picked.
Hey Jeff, that sounds fun.
I'm leaving Florida in March, the 21st to be exact. I'll be in Modesto around the 24th or 25th. I'm kinda doing like the song says on the gold fever show. I've been wanting to do this for years. I'm gonna spend a lot of time looking for gold, it will be a lot of work, but I've set my mind to it and that's what I'm gonna do. I don't know how much time you spend in the field, but if you want to meet me somewhere out there, give me a shout.
