Who collects and maintains the statistical data on LR 2000 server uptime and

I made a funny today, while speaking with the BLM today, I said that I believed that it was possible that the LR 2000 system was located on the same server that Hillary Clinton's emails were located on in Colorado, and that since the FBI had those servers in their possession. That would be the reason why the LR2000 reports were unavailable.
Well after spending most of yesterday morning talking to different BLM departments, I was finally able to get a hold of a young gentleman in the Boise Idaho office who is starting to see that the LR 2000 system is unavailable on the public side. After telling me several times that the system was up he finally tried it from his smart phone and saw that it was unavailable! After spending a lot of time trying to find out why it was unavailable I'm finally glad that I have somebody in the BLM that can see what's going on. I think I'm finally starting to make some headway. If in a couple of days things haven't been resolved I plan on calling every single BLM office out West requesting information in a particular Township just to stump them. I'm sure that they'll tell me that it's available, but when they can't see the information I'll suggest to them that they tried looking on a different network to see if the page is available and when they see that it's not I'll try to get them to open another trouble ticket! Hopefully I can really put the pressure on these guys.
wonder when they will get back to you
