or you can get some gasket disolverfrom a autoprt store and try to use that but no gaurentee it wont eat the plastic spacer
like I said I would try to use a heat gun on low heat the motor only letting the heat work its way back to the gasket and then use a light thin scraper to try to lift it slowly from the head
shawn try useing a thin blade kitchen knife going between the head and the insulater you might have to tap the knife blade with a hammer
Light scape it off then sand with super fine grit maybe 400 to 600 grit.
