  • you could raise that one up 3/8 inch and be fine

  • I think I need to add a second Dam so the Water Flows "Under" the Dam
  • Reduce, recycle, reuse.  This is exactly what we need to see here. Clear examples of what can be done when you clearly understand the principles and actions required. When you have material ready you might find the need to take it to level like a miller and then do 6 inch spans of different grit. Drop an overflow bucket in the tub and pan the first couple finish pans into it and you wont have anything left to dial it in for pressure and texture to match your material. Good Job Spur. Well executed.  Im pleased to see this up so the new folks can follow along.

  • This is it I sanded with a 60 grit cross wise this will be a finshing table. all aluminum, the water comes in at the T and fills the reservoir and will spill over the 2" Dam at the same rate on all sides. Thank you Ted I do Value your input. Dennis

  • Nice little recirc system, Dennis. What are you using for matting?.  Ted

  • Thanks guys it took the hole day to come up with this one running on a 1"x 24"now to find something to put in it.LOL you missed the rock tumbler riverdigger be out have ya. lots of luck to you all.

  • There goes another piece of equipment from a recycled road sign.  Looks nice and clean.  I like how you are skimming the cleaner water from the surface, allowing the sediments to settle to the bottom.

  • Nice recirculating system Spur!!
