    john in almost 43 +years of prospecting i have seen a lot of things take place with the gov concerning prospecting what they are doing is a mockery to the mining laws, it deprives us of our rights to be free and do what we enjoy doing. as a claim owner it is going to shut me and all the rest of the prospectors down, its just away for the gov to control us even more. now more then ever we all need to unite togather and try to do something to stop them once and for ever but its going to be a fight all the way.
