The report I got from Dan on the Colorado Prospectors caht and website is that the people digging along the river bank are causing the bank to erode into the river directly and this is causing some concern.

Sounds like a plan. What I do not believe I did tell you is that I could easily be in the Stanton, Az area over the Christmas / New Years Holidays for camping / prospecting. Let me know the time frame you have in mind for your visit.
I met some people there on my last visit and made a few friends. We could hookup then as I do or I should say will have 11 days to camp / prospect the area.
