PLP fundraising

This email was sent to me from PLP, asking for donations to continue their fight against the dredging ban in California. Just to be safe, I went to the web page to make my donation. Message follows:

Dear Friends and Family,

I am reaching out to you because Public Lands for the People needs your HELP Desperately. The Court Case in California regarding the Anti-Dredging Law is still continuing. Funds are running VERY low. Without funds to pay the lawyers, we will lose the case by default. The State and the Kuruks seem to have unlimited funds and they keep causing the case to be dragged out further and further. Won't you PLEASE consider sending another DONATION or if you haven't donated before, send your DONATION NOW??

Clicking the link below will take you to a secure donation page that will allow you to donate, write a personalized message or to join my team and help me raise money by sending out appeals and sharing.

PLEASE SHARE THIS LINK TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO WE CAN REACH OUR STATED GOAL AND CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!!

If you cannot make a contribution, it would be very appreciated if you could still go to the page and share it on Facebook and Twitter.

THANK YOU!

  • " The State and the Kuruks seem to have unlimited funds and they keep causing the case to be dragged out further and further."

This is how they intend to win, they know if they can just break the financial bank of their opponent, they will win by default. This was their intention from the start.

If the miners won't stand tall and put funds into the bank to prevent this travesty, then they deserve what they get.

It's time for solidarity, or we lose.

  • Additional dates have been scheduled for the Mandatory Settlement Conference ordered by Judge Gilbert Ochoa in San Bernardino County, California.
The miners and their attorneys are continuing to go through the 2012 regulations point-by-point. Judge Ochoa has ordered the involved parties to return to his court for additional hearings September 16 - 17, and has also set aside September 30 - October 2, 2014 as additional hearing dates as needed. From AMRA and icmj
  • Same thing for AMRA, they are fighting alot of battles also, and funds are running low. Its hard to help them all, I know AMRA is making donations to Jerry all the time.  Everyone needs to help even its only $5.  I donate to both its for all of us. Thank you Jim for posting.

  • Thanks jim for sharing we all need to join PLP to help there fight if we can
