We just heard from Eric at WMA.
The judge did not grant the injunction. He did not see irreparable harm to the miners. I guess Jerry Hobbes not being able to ...mine all the way to his death isn't irreparable harm.
Highly disappointing.
Miners cited now will have to seek justice in each individually county where they are cited.
This is what "injustice" looks like.
By the way..........not a single enviro showed up. This tells us they knew of the outcome prior to today.
