Califorina loses - Miners win!

The Court has ruled in favor of Califorina dredgers. ICMJ has posted the details on it's forum and more information will be in the Feb Magazine.

Yes this is great news and it has been a long time for it to finally be resolved.

Too bad that Jerry Hobbs wasn't able to see it happen. PIP Jerry.

We should remember that there is no way that CA is just going to walk away from this loss. We should expect that more attempts to stop us will be in our future. Make sure that you follow the rules and document your responsible dredging with photo's, so that if stopped and questioned, you can support your environmentally friendly use of your mining rights.

I hope this year is very prosperous for you and your families. Be Safe!

  • we haven't won yet have a court date with judge Ochoa  on jan 23 but the war is not over and I mean war

the center for biological diversity is a sub corp and legal arm of the sierra club  is who we are actually fighting now as the sierra club has done some notable things they are not what they appear to be their true goal is no mining on any land    they have moved their  interests to Washington and Oregon where PLP and the new 49'ers are fighting them now

  • Now we can't become complacent and have to stay on the offensive everywhere, next, Idaho with they're fight with the EPA.,  Opening up our Public Lands for all of us t use, etc.....  The fight goes on.

  • Yes, now will come the new regulations, many of them, however it was a very big win all across the U.S..   The other states will have to follow suit because now there is case law.  Great job California miners/ prospectors and all the people across the U.S. that has donated for this fight!

  • There are still a lot of outstanding  legal fees associated  with this win for the dredgers. If anyone can help out it will be appreciated. Send to this address I took from Treasure Net.

You can donate to Brandon directly through Brandon's lawyer – add a note it's for the Brandon Rinehart case
