Ok so I got my hibanker combo, an want to use the dredge portion. So I have a one inch hose comming from the pump to the hand dredge, then a two inch hose from the hand dredge to the hibanker,Question # 1 the hose from the hand dredge to the hibanker, should this be the flat hose?#2 How do you reduce the 2" output from the trash pump, to a 1 inch hose.thanks in advance
the hose I use after the lay flat is 1 1/4 tiger flex to the nozzle. very flexible and available at any prospecting store.
I'm not sure what it is called but the connection to the pump I put the connectors that have the 2 levers to compress on. (I'm having a senior moment).
I am assuming that you have a suction nozzzle and not a flair so,
On mine i run a flat 2" from the pump to a 10' section of 1 1/4" that attaches to my suction nozzle.
When I have to reduce I use a bell adapter with short nipple.
from the nozzle to the highbanker is a 10' or 20' piece of tiger flex. (depending on how far).
