    I was watching the Farm Report on TV. and they said the EPA is going after Farmers using the Clean Water act

    Walt did a nice job explaining their mission. We need more positive support from all the interested folks who want to see an end to all of these burdensome regulations that are being targeted at the mining community. I know that money is tight, but if we don't act now to fight these agencies, we will lose out legal rights. We see what was done in TN and it will continue to spread, because these agencies don't ask for input, they tell us what they demand.  Dickb
