We are still dredging as of this date in Oregon....6/30/13 I understand that the amended bill sb838 did pass thru the Ways and Means Committee....but still has a ways to go and lots of opposition to overcome on the way. You are not the only one that would like a piece of the legislators pushing this bill! If it passes, you may need to take a number..........
