Mining claims

We would like to buy a claim here in California, but we are not too sure about the ones that are online like on ebay and mineral star mining. We have heard there are a lot of fake companies and sites that sell claims that are fake or are already owned. Has anyone had any dealings with any companies that are good or know where we could go to buy a claim. We would like to get one on the American river or Yuba river. Any suggestions would be great.  Thank you

    If you are looking for a lode claim, check out "Gold Rush Expeditions".

    They are a very reputable company with great claims. They sell on ebay and on their own website.

    I purchased a claim from them last year and am very  happy with it and their service.

    I would trust them completely.

    They dont do placer claims however.

    Thanks...yeah we would love to buy private property and mineral rights..ill have to check with blm or start looking thru classifieds for property.

    File on a Closed Claim, or buy privet Property With Water and ''Mineral Rights'' that is the best way to do it way back in the hills around Lake Tahoe, just north of the 80 or anywhere on the 49 rs hwy.
