Thanks, I was wondering what to do about those zip ties. I’ve watched a few vids on how to use it and have some nuggets to practice with. I think I’d like to take it out to the rye patch in Nevada where they have public areas.
Loose cable right above coil will move and set off the detector. And gotta lose the wire tie from coil lol. lowes or home depo should have nylon threaded rod and nuts for a couple bucks. Other than that just download the manual and watch some vids on it and learn it. Look forward to the finds you get with it :)
White's is a good brand, too bad they went out of business just recently. If you have one you could use a 1/4 to 1/8 headphone jack adapter so you can use earbuds or your favorite headphones as long as they are wired headphones.

very good machine i have one got it back in the 80 s and have used it a lot have found several 1/8 inch pieces of gold and several coins
