Cut them with the tile saw then polish with a Wet Stone Wheel, Make Coasters and Sell them as a Set. cut supper thin and put a Light under a Glass Table ,)
I use a Tile Saw to Cut Windows or Slivers, if you get enuff Slivers you can make a Mosaic Table or Bar. using a clear Resin (nail polish) you do not need to polish them
I was thinking about grind and polish just the top faceing side. Havent found any more.. They would make cool bookends.. It came out of that partially cemented layer
It grabbed my eye.. The pieces inside seem just too rectangular, also find nice pieces of petrified wood under the volcanic layer.. There's also large chunks of hemetite 1-3 o/z not very river-worn stuck in cracks in the bedrock

I think I found some Opalized Petrified Wood in there too!

It looks like some sort of breccia.
Google "breccia images".
