erica i hnow the aera that pic was taken it was above a little town named rire idaho which is about 17 miles north east of idaho falls pic was taken lookng to the n east of a rest aerea i believe have been down on the river just beloe the rwst aera maney times fishing twin bridges is not a city or town but just a placewhere ther are two bridges on that river the canyon starts about a mile and a half from the rest area and runs up river for about 5 miles anyway its a great pic of that strech of river thanks for the pic
