The stream has been heavly dredged in the past so flake is not real abundent working the bench bed rock paid better !

    California Fish and Game still have jurisdiction of waterways and they have been tracking muddied water from planes both in Trinity and Shasta County at least thats what I have heard, Anyway I'm not much of a Outlaw too much to risk for me.

    What if there were no Creeks and you pumped your water from a Well ? Who would you be in truble with enyways they would be Tress Passing on Privet Land.
