Portable Power Sluice

I have a small hand trailer with 12" rubber air tires it has a 2x4 boxwater is filled into the plastic tubs, there is a tube between the two tanks allowing water to cross flow. There is a bat and 12 VDC pump to pump water up to the header on the cube I build.There is a small winch to pull it if need be, could be pulled by hand or an ATV
