I used the chalk board paint on my little table and have run many buckets of material on it and have yet to have it flake or peel. Kind of fun to watch the gold just sit there. Never thought of plexi glass. I used finished plywood and it is still a little rough in spots even though we sanded like crazy. Now comes the fun of angle and water flow and pump size and pressure and the list goes on. But it is a fun list. Looks good!

i used a craft cutting board that you get from hobby shops like Micheals or hobby lobby.
If it dont work you can teach the kids math.
ty it should be up and running in 2 days . maurice its set at 1/2 to 1 inch drop with 1/4 inch water flow with a adjustable valve

i did use a sponge roller and it has great texture you just cant see it in the pic
