  • I've used mine on an electric hotplate, a propane stove  as well as an open campfire. They are pretty durable.

And to APerfectCure, that's fantastic that you got that much!

  • Thanks Fellas I'm Glad every one likes it. I never though to use it as a roaster you think it will hold up ? Right now its Holding Some Pebbles. )

  • I have a couple of steel pans and they are very handy.  Ya can't roast sulfides in a plastic pan! LOL  Besides the old-timers will tell ya that the rust is good as it can help keep the ultra fine stuff.

  • A little rusty but that is good.

  • Nice one man I got one just like it too

  • Well I like it old or new.

  • It was a Gift from a Nabbor Durant, and them old pans are neat I need to send it to Howard so it can have some gold in it agin lol
  • All kidding aside old gold pans have my interest. Dunno there is just something cool about them. The ones they use in South America that are like a wok are pretty neat too.

  • Spur did you find it in the dirt or did you buy it.

  • lol Darth I was hoping it had gold dust left over from winding. When I first seen it I thought it was copper but it turned out to be rust lol
