another part of this I saw was because of rising costs on utilities , and some other concerns. but they were vague on this and trying to find the pages where it was noted before was removed because they thought this content did not concern us or was political . But the post I saw said this occurance was going to be the norm every year and not just a maintance closing for a season or 2 during the slow time of the year for them so they could get things reorganized for themselves and make our exoerience there more plesaureable, of which I don't see a problem with that depending on the size of the scope of their project that can be the safest and most economical way to get it done
